RESPONSIBILITIES: Own the end-to-end design process for all our digital products (platforms, web, and mobile applications). Work with product and engineering teams to define and execute our product design strategy. Take a product idea from exploratory concepts/wireframes to pixel-perfect UI. Design and create UI components (ex. menus, stats and inventory screens, in-game HUD elements, etc.) from Visual Comps to completed Features. QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years of relevant UI/UX experience, bonus points if at a high-growth startup. Strong portfolio showcasing user experience and visual designs for web applications. Proficient with standard design and prototype tools such as Sketchapp or AdobeXD. Ability to develop creative assets for marketing. Good Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or any other alternatives. Strong knowledge of user interface design, interaction design, information architecture, and the ability to generate design ideas. Task-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
