HR, Operation Manager

Somplo is an Israeli / Ukrainian tech-based company, in digital advertising solutions for big agencies and international leading brands.

We have Offices in Israel and in Odessa Ukraine, with a staff of around 40 employees (Tech, design, sales, marketing, operation, support and more).

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of administrative experience (as an Operation Manager/Administrative Manager)
  • 3+ years of IT Recruitment experience and HR + Knowledge of sourcing techniques, posting open positions.
  • Problem-solving type of thinking and charismatic
  • Very independent person, strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of English (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Calendar etc.)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the company CEO in all matter of HR and Office.
  • Lead all employee’s information (Legal contracts, Track and update sick leaves, vacations etc.)
  • Hiring and interviewing new candidates and help them with the adaptation and onboarding.
  • Taking care of administrative, logistics tasks in the office (working with our Logistic manager, accounting manager, and lawyer)
  • Cooperating with different departments.
  • Taking care of the needs of employees in the office, welfare, company events.
