Account manager

Somplo is looking for a fluently English-speaking person who is great in communicating with people and is ready for multitasking. You will be managing partners (networks and brands)

OFFICE ONLY / NOT REMOTE

Requirements:

  • Fluent English
  • 1−2 years of experience as an account or sales manager is a must (advantage if in digital advertising)
  • Experience in writing outreach emails
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and presentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are meeting their needs
  • Collaborate with other teams (especially Ad Operations) to reach advertiser’s goals
  • Send proactive communications to clients and address issues early
  • Maintain and up-sell accounts to achieve business objectives and targets
  • Analyzing data and insights, providing recommendations for campaign optimization
  • Prepare financial clients monthly reports on Somplo platform usage
