Required skills: University or College degree in the field of Information Technology/ Engineering Hands on experience on Desktop environment and desktop application administration and installation Experience in administering and setting up Windows Server environments/ Active directory/ WSUS and Terminal server environments. Experience with remote monitoring and administration toolkits like ManageEngine Knowledge on Virtualization platforms (Basic knowledge) like Microsoft Hyper-V, VMWare, et. Knowledge on networking, routing and firewall fundamentals Previous work experience with support and ticketing system as well as client related service reporting Verbal and written fluency in English Resilient Team player and the ability to work within a multicultural environment Self-motivated and a strong service orientation Good communication skills Strong plus: Passion for what you do Verbal and written fluency in Russian or German Microsoft certifications in the subject area MCSE Networking or service management certifications Administration of DR setup and backup solutions Cyber security certification or administration training Administration of small remote data center Familiar with cloud design concept in Azure or other cloud setup
