We are an American-based company with more than 10 years of experience in Logistics and Transportation in the USA, looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Odesa office team.

Essential job functions
- Assists with the administration and operations of the Recruiting department (emails, phone calls);
- Provides sourcing, screening, and reference checks for driver positions;
- Maintains a database of previous/ current and potential drivers, performs monthly cleanups of the current database by identifying inactive drivers;
- Conducts phone interviews with applicants; lead driver orientations;
- Engages in online presence by communicating with Customers and potential applicants via Online Chat Slack;
- Responds to Customer queries in a timely and accurate way;
- Identifies customer needs and recommends solutions;
- Gathers and analyzes customers feedback and reports to the management team;
- Provides meaningful information to encourage potential drivers to sign up with our company
Minimum requirements:
- Fluent in basic computer software (Excel, Word, Outlook, Slack);
- Spoken English Upper-Intermediate/Advanced, good writing skills;
- Ability to work in a stress/paced environment;
- Ability to work in a team environment, and be a team player;
- Communication, self-organization, and leadership skills;
- Ability to learn quickly.
Working conditions:
- Evening shift: 15:30 — 23:30 from Monday to Friday;
