Requirements:

6+ months of talent sourcing or online research experience, preferably in IT
Personal laptop or PC (we will provide you with the corporate laptop after 6 months of work)
Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English
Good MS Office skills Outlook, Word and Excel
Availability to work one of the following fixed schedules of your choice (Kyiv time) Monday through Friday:

From 3 pm till midnight (8 hours with a 1-hour dinner break)

From 4 pm till 1 am (8 hours with a 1-hour dinner break)

From 5 pm till 2 am (8 hours with a 1-hour dinner break)

Responsibilities:

Read and understand various IT job openings provided by our clients
Research all unfamiliar skills and technologies to build a good understanding of the requirements for the qualified candidate
Identify qualified candidates from the resume database, access to which we provide
Cooperate with the recruiting team on selecting the best qualified candidates for our clients’ job openings
