Job description: The Associate Recruiter is an entry-level position for those seeking a challenging and fulfilling environment in the recruitment arena. This position is for candidates with solid listening skills who are target driven, relationship builders, good multitaskers and are willing to work in a fast-paced environment. Associate Recruiters are responsible for researching top talent in a specific vertical, supporting the recruitment team in attracting and retaining outstanding candidates. Responsibilities: Researching and sourcing the strongest candidates from the market to build passive candidates pipelines across your region Ensuring an impeccable database is maintained at all times to develop a matrix of potential candidates “ready to go” Screening candidate applications, scheduling and coordinating interviews and feedback, managing candidate communication Managing job postings, recruiting platforms, networking and branding opportunities to attract and engage with unique talent Being an integral part of talent acquisition objectives and initiatives to drive operational efficiency and speed as well as continually identifying ways to improve branding and candidate experience Ensuring all candidates have an impeccable recruitment process to increase local brand awareness Participating in onsite and offsite recruitment events Administering and maintaining internal recruitment CRM and update status for all candidates Reviewing the qualifications and other qualities of the candidates being offered and adheres to companies policies with regards to recruitment process Providing administrative support as needed Requirements: Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels Ambition to achieve great things in your career Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment Dependability and interest in working in a team-oriented environment High degree of coachability, being open to learn from mistakes Ability to handle appropriate paperwork (offer letters, contracts, etc) Excellent attention to detail
