Duties: — Create ads on American websites to look for drivers and communicate with people who are looking for a job — Search for drivers for a logistic company — Having interviews with potential drivers — Represent the company Requirements for a candidate: — Only with experience in HR or sales; — Fluent English; — Living experience in the US will be a plus; — Experience in recruiting. You must be able and LOVE to communicate with people and be able to sell a position; — Present a position — like it’s a dream job; — Have to be able to convince people; — Ability to work with people, communication skills, tact, stress resistance, ability to learn, quick response; — A computer with good headphones and microphone, uninterrupted high-speed Internet access. We offer: — Remote work from home for American company; — Full time from 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM Mon-Fri Moscow time, 9am-5pm Chicago time; — Salary — $ 1000-3000; — At the time of the training period salary — $ 600 — Friendly team and reasonable management.
